Quick answer
How do I contact DrexTV support?
0524346367, live chat via the widget on any page, or email support@drextv.com — all staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays, with a 5-minute response target on direct message, voice and live chat. Reseller and bulk enquiries go to sales@drextv.com; copyright and abuse reports go to abuse@drextv.com, which is monitored separately. Replies come from people rather than an automated first response.
DrexTV on drextv.com is the UK and international IPTV service. Contact here is for that product — trials, logins, billing on this domain, and peak-hour routing. The UAE-first site is a different domain and a different inbox. If your question is “how does IPTV work?” or “do I need a box?”, the FAQ is faster than waiting in the queue. If a stream is failing during a match, the queue is faster than the FAQ.

Seven ways to reach us, and when to use each
Using the right one gets you a faster and better answer — the abuse desk and the sales inbox are staffed by different people from support.

Anything urgent, and anything during a live fixtureYou can send screenshots and short screen recordings, which usually removes a whole round of back-and-forth. It is also the fastest way for us to watch your session live while a match is running.

What to include in your first message
Each of these turns a multi-message exchange into a single reply. The third one is the one people get wrong most often.
For a technical problem, send three facts
Your device and its exact model, the player app you are using, and whether the fault affects one channel or all of them. Those three eliminate most of the diagnostic tree and usually let us answer in the first reply rather than the third.
For a channel problem, send the channel name
The exact name as it appears in your guide, plus the time it happened and your timezone. If it is one channel while others play normally, it is a source-side fault we can re-point — typically within the hour.
For a peak-time freeze, message during it
This is the one that matters most. If freezing only happens during big fixtures, telling us the next day gives us nothing to observe. Message while the match is on and we can look at your session and move it to another edge.
For billing, write from the address you paid with
It lets us find the transaction immediately without asking you to verify anything. Include the approximate date and the amount if you have them.
Before writing about a technical fault, it is worth five minutes on our troubleshooting sequence — it identifies the cause of most problems, and if it does not, it tells you exactly what to send us.
