Terms of service
The agreement between you and DrexTV covering subscriptions, connection limits, acceptable use, payment, cancellation, liability and the circumstances in which we may suspend an account.
Last reviewed 2 September 2026
1. The agreement
These terms form the agreement between you and DrexTV ("DrexTV", "we", "us") governing your use of our streaming platform, website and support services. By purchasing a subscription, activating a free trial or otherwise using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
These terms should be read alongside our acceptable use policy, privacy policy, refund policy and copyright and takedown policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.
2. What we provide
We provide access to a streaming platform delivering live television channels and on-demand content over the internet, together with technical support for connecting to that platform. Our published specification — approximately 24,000+ live channels, a 140,000+-title on-demand library, resolutions up to 4K UHD, a 7-day programme guide and 7-day catch-up on supported channels — describes the service as configured at the date of this document.
Channel lineups, on-demand catalogues and category structures change continuously as sources change. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any individual channel, programme, film or series, and the presence of specific content at the time you subscribe does not constitute a commitment that it will remain available.
We are not a broadcaster and we are not a rights holder. We provide platform access and technical support only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to purchase a subscription. By subscribing you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or is used with the account holder's permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all laws applicable to you. Laws governing the reception of broadcast content differ substantially between countries and sometimes between states or provinces. If you are uncertain about the position where you live, take local legal advice before subscribing. We are not able to advise you on this.
4. Your account and credentials
Your credentials — server URL, username and password, together with any playlist URL we issue — are personal to you and constitute your access to the service. You must keep them confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your credentials.
You must not publish, sell, share, resell or otherwise distribute your credentials, including posting them in forums, messaging groups or social media. Doing so is a material breach of this agreement and will result in immediate termination without refund. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact us at support@drextv.com and we will regenerate them at no charge.
If you wish to resell access to others, our reseller programme is the appropriate route and operates under separate commercial terms.
5. Simultaneous connections
Every plan includes one simultaneous connection, with additional connections available as a paid add-on at the price shown on our pricing page. A connection is one active stream. You may install player applications on as many devices as you wish, but the number of streams playing at any one moment must not exceed your plan's limit plus any add-on connections active on the account.
Attempting to exceed the limit will result in a "maximum connections reached" error rather than a charge. Persistent, systematic attempts to circumvent the connection limit — for example through credential sharing across households — will be treated as a breach of these terms.
6. Payment and renewal
Subscription prices are shown on our pricing page in United States dollars and are payable in advance for the full term you select. All plans are prepaid for a fixed period — one, three, six or twelve months — and do not renew automatically unless you explicitly arrange a recurring payment. There are no equipment fees, installation fees, broadcast fees or administrative charges of any kind.
Where a payment method carries its own fees or exchange charges, those are a matter between you and your payment provider. We may change our prices at any time; a change will never affect a term you have already paid for.
The free 24-hour trial requires no payment details. It cannot convert to a paid subscription automatically, and no charge can arise from it.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Because plans are prepaid for a fixed term and do not renew automatically, cancellation simply means not purchasing a further term. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no early termination charge.
Every paid plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email support@drextv.com from the address you purchased with, within 7 days of purchase. You are not required to justify the request. The full terms, including the limited circumstances in which a refund may be declined, are set out in our refund policy.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly perform, record for commercial purposes or otherwise exploit content beyond personal viewing; nor to circumvent technical limits, attack or probe our infrastructure, or interfere with other users' access.
Our acceptable use policy sets out the prohibited activities in full and the consequences of each. Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination.
9. Availability and support
We target 99.9% availability measured at the edge and provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays with a 5-minute response target on direct message, voice and live chat. These are operational targets rather than contractual guarantees.
The service depends on your own internet connection, your device and your local network, none of which are within our control. We require a minimum of 15 Mbps sustained throughput per 1080p stream and approximately 25 Mbps per 4K stream. Where a problem originates in your connection, device or network, we will help you diagnose it but cannot be responsible for it.
We may carry out planned maintenance, and will give notice through our status channel where practical. Individual channels may be temporarily unavailable while a source is re-pointed.
10. Third-party rights and trademarks
We hold no affiliation with, endorsement from, sponsorship by or connection to any broadcaster, television network, sports league, federation, film studio, production company or subscription streaming platform. Any names, marks or descriptions used on our website or within the service are used for identification and descriptive purposes only, and all trademarks, service marks and trade names remain the property of their respective owners.
Player applications referred to in our documentation — including TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, OTT Navigator, Kodi, Televizo and GSE Smart IPTV — are third-party software developed and supported by others. We do not own, distribute or control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
If you believe content accessible through our platform infringes your rights, our copyright and takedown policy sets out how to notify us and how we respond.
11. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations not expressly set out in these terms, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses, including loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, loss of data or the cost of alternative services. Where we are found liable, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, where you materially breach these terms or the acceptable use policy — in particular by sharing or reselling credentials, redistributing content, systematically circumventing connection limits, attacking our infrastructure, or using the service unlawfully.
Where a breach appears inadvertent — for example unusual access patterns that may indicate compromised credentials rather than deliberate sharing — we will normally contact you first and give you an opportunity to explain or resolve it before taking action.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities that accrued before it.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, in our operations or in applicable law. The last-reviewed date at the foot of this page always reflects the current version. Where a change materially reduces your rights, we will give notice through our status channel and by email to active subscribers where we hold a working address.
Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and, where a material change occurs during a term you have prepaid, request a pro-rata refund of the unused portion.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
Before commencing any formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at support@drextv.com so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter directly. In our experience almost every dispute is a support problem that was never escalated, and we would much rather fix it than argue about it.
This document was last reviewed on 2 September 2026 and applies to all DrexTV services from that date. It is provided for information and does not constitute legal advice. Questions about any policy on this page can be sent to support@drextv.com.
