The technical content comes from operating the platform rather than from other people's articles. When we say evening-only buffering is usually a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi problem, it is because that is what the support logs show. When we say a channel labelled 4K at 6 Mbps is not really 4K, it is because we encode at 14 to 22 Mbps and can see the difference.
